We understand you may no longer need the goods you ordered or may have changed your mind, this is fine. We will happily accept returns when the item(s) are received, unopened in a resalable condition. Buyer is to pay the return postage. You must contact us prior to returning any goods by emailing email@example.com. Please ensure the goods are returned to us within 14 days of your return being authorised.
Changes and cancellation:
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order. Once the goods have been dispatched, it is too late to cancel. If we can help, we will.
We will dispatch orders, when full payment has been received. We will instruct our chosen couriers to deliver to the address that you supply. If a parcel is returned to us, it can be redelivered at an additional charge.
We hope we don't send you an incorrect order. If this was to happen, we would ask for you to contact us as soon as possible so we can fix the error.
