Returns Policy
At First Days Maternity, your comfort and satisfaction matter to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. However, because many of our products are personal care and postpartum recovery items, certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons once opened.
Please read the policy carefully before making a return request.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) must be provided
We cannot accept returns for:
Used or opened products
Personal care items such as peri bottles, postpartum pads, cooling packs, breastfeeding products, or any product that comes in direct contact with the body
Items purchased on sale or during promotions (final sale items)
This policy helps us ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality for all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photo(s) of the product and packaging
We will replace the item or provide store credit if applicable.
Return Process
If your return is approved:
We will provide you with a return shipping address
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except in the case of damaged or incorrect items)
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
