Delivery & Returns

Domestic Shipping

We will usually post your order with Royal Mail. Delivery takes approximately 2-3 working days.

Our post is collected Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. If you order from Friday afternoon onwards, your order will be posted on the next working day.

We are not always able to provide you with tracking but do have delivery confirmation / proof of delivery.

If you wish to upgrade your shipping service, or need your goods in a hurry, please send us a message and we will do our best to help where possible.

Our packaging sometimes reveals what is inside the box. If it is important that your box is plain and does not reveal the contents, please make sure you leave a message about this at the time of placing your order in the notes section on the order page.

Overseas Shipping

If you would like to purchase from overseas, please contact us and we will provide shipping quotes and payment details to pay in EUR/USD. Please note, due to the time needed for manual processing, this is only available for orders over £50. Most of our stock is on our Amazon store and is available for fast international delivery. We may also have a local stockist in your area, please check here.

Returns

You are welcome to return your purchase within 14 days from receipt. We understand births don’t always go to plan, so if you end up having a caesarean section, for example, you are welcome to return your purchases outside of this timeframe.

Complete the form below with the details of your return and we will reply with instructions and return address.

  • Goods must be unopened, in their original packaging and fit for resale. Due to the nature of the items and the intended use, any goods that are returned with opened or damaged packaging will not be refunded.
  • Upon receipt of the goods in a re-sellable condition, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
  • Buyer is to pay for the cost of the return postage. We recommend you keep proof of posting for your own records.
  • Please do not send returns to our registered business address, there is no stock at this location and returns can not be processed there.
