How to Use Witch Hazel Pads

For Haemorrhoids:

1. Gently clean the area using a Maxi Peri Bottle or Sitz Bath.
2. Place a Witch Hazel Pad on the swollen area and leave in place for as long as possible.
3. Alternatively, use the pad as a gentle wipe (avoid excessive wiping to prevent irritation).

For Postpartum Care:

1. Lay one or more Witch Hazel Pads on top of your maternity pad or Instant Perineal Cold Pack.
2. Replace with each pad change for continuous soothing.
3. For extra cooling relief, store pads in the fridge before use.
